POLYDAMIC’s watertight test machine is engineered for reliable pinhole detection in gloves, utilizing 1000 mL of water per test with a minimum test time of 2 minutes. The system includes mandrels, a durable housing, water pump and an intuitive control panel for smooth operation.

Constructed with PVC mandrels, a polypropylene (PP) housing and a stainless steel (SS) shaft, the unit is built for long-lasting performance in industrial environments. Available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, the machine is designed to meet rigorous testing standards, including SPSI Level S-4 and AQL 1.5.
