POLYDAMIC specializes in the fabrication of FRP tanks for process applications, chemical storage and wastewater treatment.  Our cylindrical tanks are made using the filament winding method, with two advanced filament winding machines in-house to meet increasing demand. We can prefabricate FRP tanks up to 4 meters in diameter in our workshop, while larger tanks are constructed onsite with vertical winders. These tanks can be customized with flat or domed tops and various bottom shapes, including sloped, conical or flat. For rectangular tanks, we use the hand lay-up technique, reinforcing them with mild steel for extra durability. Optional accessories such as ladders, platforms and handrails can be incorporated upon request.

We also offer fiberglass lamination services, applying it directly to concrete surfaces like wastewater sumps or chemical bunds for superior protection against chemical degradation. Additionally, we can laminate metal surfaces, such as those on tankers or process tanks, to prevent corrosion. As part of our commitment to quality, POLYDAMIC rigorously inspects every tank for pinholes using a spark tester, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards of reliability.
